On July 15, the international project United Jazz Collective will perform a concert program “Legacy: Miles Davis & John Coltrane 100” at the jazz club MASA.
2026 marks the centenary of two modern jazz personalities — Miles Davis and John Coltrane. The program is dedicated to their music and their influence on the development of modern jazz.
The concert will feature compositions by Miles Davis, John Coltrane and Joe Henderson, as well as original works by the project participants. The program will feature fusion elements, electronic sound textures and improvisation alongside the acoustic jazz tradition.

The core of the project is made up of bassist and composer Rickard Malmsten, pianist and composer Jim Schneider, drummer and composer Tanel Ruben, as well as saxophonist, flutist and composer Deniss Paškevičs.
