The UNDER festival gathered fans of electronic music in Riga for several years in a row and was to be held for the fourth time on May 21-23, 2020. Due to the prolongation of the emergency state introduced in Latvia in connection with the pandemic of the coronavirus Covid-19, holding the festival on the appointed dates became impossible, and UNDER 2020 was postponed to the second week of September.
