Smooth, elegant and timeless — Sade has become one of the most distinctive voices in modern music. Born in Nigeria and raised in the UK, she rose to fame in the 1980s with her unmistakable blend of soul, jazz and soft pop, creating a sound defined by emotional restraint, warmth and sophistication.
On 7 November, a new generation of jazz musicians will pay tribute to Sade, performing her most beloved songs with respect for the original sound and a touch of contemporary interpretation.
