Terms of buying electronic tickets
These regulations prescribe the procedures for electronic ticketing at the website TicketTo.eu, maintained by “Mikromaksājumi” Ltd. By using the website and/or buying tickets online in this website, person as a user of this website (below in text – “User”) agrees to follow the regulations mentioned below.
Electronic bus ticket (e-ticket) is the ticket, which is bought at TicketTo.eu and registrated at the ticket reservation system of "Riga International Bus Station” JSC, and it can be identified by the unique ticket code and name and surname of the passenger.
“Mikromaksājumi” Ltd. is not the representative of any organizer, artist or any other person, who is responsible for the organization, content, information, sponsoring or quality of an event. The responsible person is an organizer who's data is mentioned at the web page Ticketpro and contact information is given on a ticket. All possible claims, related to the organization of an event, must be addressed directly to the organizer.
1. OWNERSHIP
1.1. All the copyrights to the web page, logotypes and the used system software belongs to “Mikromaksājumi” Ltd. and "Riga International Bus Station” JSC and are protected by Copyright Law. The published information can be used only for informative reasons and e-ticketing. It is forbidden to republish the information and use it for commercial reasons.
1.2. Any ticket buyer undertakes to avoid an interference in the ticket selling web page work and technical solutions of “Mikromaksājumi” Ltd in any way. Any monitoring (observation, tracking) and copying, reproducing, changing, using and publishing the obtained information (including the content of web page) for any reasons is being forbidden. Any action that could cause the overload of the selling system and web page, or disorder of the ticket selling, is being forbidden. In the case of breaching this rule “Mikromaksājumi” Ltd. has all rights to charge the customer a penalty of up to 7000 EUR.
2. INDICATION AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
2.1. User realizes and takes full responsibility of the accuracy and truthfulness of personal information, which will be indicated while buying electronic ticket. If the indicated information is faulty, “Mikromaksājumi” Ltd. does not guarantee the service support to the User.
2.2. All information that is related to personal data and is needed for buying the ticket, will be processed according to the “Personal Data Protection Act”. Users given personal data will not be saved and will be used only for formatting the ticket.
2.3. The indicated data of payment cards and passwords to electronic money accounts will be used only as much as needed to buy the ticket in according to international bank payment card organization rules and the electronic money User agreement.
2.4. Homepage TicketTo.eu is created the way to use security standards and electronic security systems the way to provide maximum protection to Users privacy and personal data, which are used for transactions in TicketTo.eu.
2.5. The payment card data, used in transactions, are not visible to “Mikromaksājumi” Ltd. For transaction client is redirected to the safe Bank Card Center environment. In the moment of paying client indicates the data of payment card in the data base of Card Center server, also the data of transactions are saved there. “Mikromaksājumi” Ltd. Is not responsible for the accuracy or truthfulness of payment card data. To avoid the possible cheating, “Mikromaksājumi” Ltd. has rights to monitor client IP addresses to find out the orders which has been made using identical IP addresses, different payment cards or the false name. In the case if there is suspicion of cheating, “Mikromaksājumi” Ltd. informs the bank about that.
3. RESPONSIBILITY
3.1. When making purchases in the homepage TicketTo.eu, User takes full financial responsibility for the transactions made. User realizes that in the case when the electronic ticket is registered in system and issued to the User and transaction is confirmed according to these rules, is sufficient proof of occurred transaction.
3.2. “Mikromaksājumi” Ltd. does not take responsibility in cases when the e-ticket is lost or has become available to third persons because of Users fault.
3.3. Neither - “Mikromaksājumi” Ltd. or organizer checks (except cases when there is the name and surname written on a ticket) if the person who shows the ticket is the buyer of it, and does not take responsibility for any loss according to this. When the client enters the concert, according to the printed ticket, it has been considered that client has entered first only after showing the ticket and when the Organizer has scanned it. Tickets with identical swift code is neither the responsibility of SIA “Mikromaksājumi” or the organizer.
3.4. “Mikromaksājumi” Ltd. does not take responsibility for disorders in homepage TicketTo.eu, including connecting problems to it, if it is caused by the third person, not limited with internet supporter technical problems or problems in the selling system of "Riga International Bus Station” JSC.
4. PURCHASE AND USE OF E-TICKET
4.1. The ticket is a document which gives rights to go by a bus on specific time and route.
4.2. The given time for a ticket buying process is 10 minutes.
4.3. The selling is started 10 days before domestic bus departure and 30 days before international bus departure.
4.4. The ability to buy an e-ticket ends 30 minutes before the departure of the selected bus.
4.5. The payment can be made by using the internet bank solutions or the payment card, released by a bank. The purchased E-ticket is equal to a ticket, bought at the passenger transporters, and guarantees to its owner as same rights as standard ticket owners according to Cabinet Regulations No 599 “The Procedure of Organising Public Transport Services in the Network of Routes ”. If the used payment card is not issued in Latvia, it is needed to show the ticket and the payment card at the entrance.
4.6. The final cost of a ticket consists of the price for a ride and service. Service fee which is added to the purchased e-ticket consists of the fee for formatting the electronic ticket and making payment. In the price of ticket there is neither included the price for the insurance of ride, baggage and health or the price for carrying the baggage.
4.7. The service charge for selling the ticket can vary according to the chosen way of payment. User is presented to the appropriated service charge and purchased tickets ultimate cost before making payment.
4.8. An additional service charges for bus tickets purchased via internet is 10% of the ticket price plus 0,14 EUR.
4.9. In the price of international bus ticket there is no health or baggage insurance included. It must be purchased separately in an insurance company.
4.10. An additional service charge may be applied for event ticket purchases. The amount of that commission may vary depending on the ticket cost and agreement between the ticket seller and the event organizer.
4.11. User, after buying e-ticket can print it, send it to an e-mail or mobile phone as a SMS or just write down/remember the code of a ticket. At the entrance on bus it is needed to show an ID card and say the ticket code. Only person, who is mentioned at the purchasing ticket, is able to use it.
4.12. User has a duty to provide the privacy of personal data, mentioned on the printed ticket, so it does not come into possession of the third persons.
4.13. User realizes that in the case of disability to show an ID card, the bus driver is able to not let such passenger to enter the bus.
5. THE RETURN OF TICKET
5.1.The electronically bought tickets are returnable in our internet page www.bezrindas.lv and the passenger (person, who's name is on a ticket), showing an ID card by personal submitting it to a hall administrator of "Riga International Bus Station” JSC at Praga Str.1, Riga.
5.2. The money, according to the way of paying for the ticket, will be returned to buyers bank account.
5.3. In the case when the group e-ticket is bought, it is only possible to return all group ticket.
5.4. When returning the ticket of domestic bus:
- passenger gets the money refund of 75%* of a ticket value, if there are more than 2 hours until the bus departure;
- passenger gets the money refund of 100%* of a ticket value, if the trip has not been executed because of transporters fault.
5.5. When returning tickets of international bus:
-passenger gets the money refund of 80%* of ticket value, if there are more than 2 hours for return via internet and more than 20 minutes until the bus departure for personal return in bus station;
-passenger gets the money refund of 100%* of ticket value, if the trip has not been executed because of transporters fault.
*Service fee is not refundable
5.6. Transporter is not responsible for the schedule delays of bus trips of reasons beyond its control.
5.7. The e-tickets of cinema and events are not refundable.
5.8. In the case of canceling the event, delaying it or changing the place, “Mikromaksājumi” Ltd. repurchases or compensates tickets. The money is returned to the bank account which payment was received from, in 5 workdays.
6. LOST TICKET, HELP AND COMPLAINTS
6.1. In the case of lost e-ticket printout, person is able to get it from the hall administrator at “Riga International Bus Station” JSC at Praga Str.1, Riga, showing the ID card, but not less than 30 minutes before the departure time, mentioned in the ticket.
6.2. For any questions about bus routes, time schedules User can turn to Information Office of “Riga International Bus Station” JSC ar Praga Str.1, Riga or by calling 900000009 (0,34 EUR per minute).
6.3. For any questions about purchasing an electronic ticket and payment, please call to the TicketTo.eu helpline - 29905050 (9:00 am – 9:00 pm) or write to info@ticketto.eu .
6.4. Complaints and claims of passengers are reviewed if they are submitted in writing with mentioned transporter, route and departure time, no later than in two weeks after the departure.
6.5. All disputes and disagreements are resolved by mutual agreement, if no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved according to order, determined by Latvian Republic legislation.
6.6. In the “Mikromaksājumi” Ltd. online ticket selling hope page there can be references and links to web's information all over the world. “Mikromaksājumi” Ltd. has no control about these web pages and the information in them, so “Mikromaksājumi” Lts. does not take any responsibility about the accuracy, conformity, content and information in these web pages.
6.7. All pretensions related to the process, content, quality, advertisement etc. shall be addressed to an event organizer.
