SunFest is an annual open festival for every person who strives for harmony and more serene life. The festival provides recreation for health and knowledge for happiness.
The festival programme consist of more than 50 various events. There are events for women, for men, for children separately and for whole families.
Main topics of the festival are: rest, wellness, yoga, relaxation, dance, theater, cooking, aromatherapy, infantine pastimes, Līgo celebration as well as lectures and workshops on self-development, problem solving, acquiring strength, gaining confidence, etc.
The festival takes place in picturesque nature park on the bank of river Lielupe about 40 km away from Riga.
The festival is vegetarian and alcohol free.
