On August 16, MASA Kultūrbārs will host a concert by the Patrīcija Anna Doniņa Jazz Quartet, presenting a diverse and musically rich program. The evening will feature original compositions by Patrīcija, pieces from the repertoire of jazz legend Kenny Garrett, as well as beloved jazz standards.
The quartet is formed by young professional musicians closely connected to the Ventspils jazz scene:

– Toms Timofejevs (double bass) – musician at the Latvian National Opera and Ballet Orchestra, also works as a music school educator. Performs mainly classical, jazz, pop, and baroque music.
– Beata Estere Mačtama (keyboards) – jazz piano student, active member of the ethno-jazz group MO, composer of original music.
– Oskars Nejs (drums) – drummer and educator, performs with well-known Latvian artists and is also a member of MO.
