Event "Night of Swing Music & Dance" organizer: MASA studija SIA
On November 19, MASA Art and Jazz Club invites you to an night of live music and dance. A trio of musicians will take the stage with a special concert program in the refined style of swing, while dancers from Swingdance.lv will guide us into the world of swing dancing.
For the past ten years, Swingdance.lv has been developing the culture of swing dance in Latvia by organising masterclasses, dance events, and international swing dance festivals. This evening offers a chance to discover this elegant and dynamic dance, which combines quick footwork, a close connection between partners, and playful improvisation, and learn how to enjoy it yourself.
Musicians:
Emīls Knubis — saxophone
Nils Valkiainens — double bass
Andris Žabris — drums
It is forbidden to bring into the event:
