Event "ECM Jazz: Nordic Sound" organizer: MASA studija SIA
On August 1, the jazz club MASA will perform an instrumental quartet concert program in the ECM jazz style.
ECM jazz is an atmospheric contemporary jazz direction, popularized by the record company ECM (Edition of Contemporary Music), founded in Munich in 1969. Its sound combines jazz improvisation, classical music, ambient music and European folk influences.
The program is characterized by the quartet's instrumental composition without wind instruments and vocals, which creates a dynamic and nuanced sound.
