The program will feature life-affirming and sophisticated compositions by jazz legends Duke Ellington and Billy Strayhorn. Their music is characterized by expressive rhythms, blending the rich heritage of jazz with the freedom of improvisation.
On this evening, young jazz musicians will revive some of Ellington and Strayhorn's most iconic pieces, presenting both well-known arrangements and fresh, contemporary interpretations.
