Event "CONSTRUCTION DIGITALIZATION CONFERENCE" organizer: Būvniecības Industrijas Digitalizācijas asociācija
We are pleased to inform that on October 22 the largest Latvian online construction event CONSTRUCTION DIGITALIZATION CONFERENCE 2020 will take place in Akropole shopping center Apollo Kino. The conference is organized by the Association for Construction Industry Digitalisation and CMB Engineering Competence Center.
At the conference, you will hear 20+ foreign digitization experts from 8 countries around the world, including Estonia, Denmark, Great Britain, France, Germany, Italy, USA, Russia, Finland and Latvia. Experts will share their experience and success stories on the use of building information modeling (BIM) technologies to make business competitive and create innovative services.
The aim of the conference is to create a discussion in the Latvian construction industry with foreign experts in order to demonstrate the crucial role of BIM in the design and construction process, investment projects, innovation and new business approaches in the construction industry.
The conference will be held in Latvian and English on a special online platform that will provide quality streaming, Q&A sessions and a virtual exhibition. The conference will focus on three main topics: the impact of BIM on design and construction costs (CAPEX), the impact of BIM on operating costs (OPEX) and BIM innovations.
