How often we compromise our peace over something that doesn’t even exist?
Why do we so stubbornly avoid the truth and why so faithfully and diligently we create false believes and live our life full of illusions?
These and other questions we will inquire in the beginning of our meeting. After that we will do some practical exercises fallowed by sharing circle where we will be receiving practical suggestions.
In the middle we will have a tea and snacks break, and we will wrap up our encounter with Trance Meditation. It is absolutely safe, secure, comfortable and pleasant space to be in. It brings peace of mind, nourishment to your entire system and gives you insights. You will feel very different after this practice: it will bring intuitive insights and immediate benefits into your life -
During and after meditation we can feel the flow of life, refreshed, lighter, less preoccupied, more intuitive and clear. It allows us to relax the body and mind, to be more receptive and open. will continue this kind of meetings 3 times a month for now and every time we will look at a different subject.
These Meditations are suitable for all! Anyone can practice, no previous experience necessary or special preparation required. Come as you are!
Meditation will be held in English and Russian translation if needed.
